How it all started…
When I was on my mission serving in South Carolina and Georgia I encountered a problem that I’m sure most all of us have experience with, especially if you have a lifestyle that requires lots of activity. Sometimes I just didn’t have the energy that I needed to get through the day, which meant I was slowing myself and my companion down. I realized that a big part of the problem was my nutrition, but at the time it seemed expensive to eat healthy and I wasn’t sure where to start. That’s why I created Righteous Rations, to give your missionary the energy they need and to provide direction about how to shop for, cook, and eat food that is clean, healthy, and treats our bodies like the temples they are.
