Domestic Shipping

We strive to ensure that your Righteous Rations arrive promptly and in perfect condition. Here's what you can expect:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer free shipping for all domestic orders.

  • Shipping Times: Our standard shipping ensures timely delivery.

  • Carriers: We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placement.

  • Coverage: We ship to all 50 US states and territories.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided with every shipment, so you can monitor your order's journey.

  • Damaged or Missing Shipments: Please read “Damaged or Missing Shipments” section below.

International Shipping

At Righteous Rations, we aim to make international shipping as smooth as possible for our customers. Below, you’ll find important details on how we handle shipping rates, delivery times, customs, and insurance for packages sent outside the United States.

Shipping Service

We exclusively use USPS First Class Package International for international shipments. This service offers an affordable way to send packages up to 4 lbs, with tracking available for major countries.

Packages Sent as Gifts

All international shipments from Righteous Rations are marked as gifts to help ensure the recipient missionary does not have to pay additional customs duties or import taxes. While we do our best to minimize costs for the recipient, customs policies vary by country, and we cannot guarantee exemption from local regulations.

Shipping Address Guidelines

To ensure smooth delivery, all international shipments should be sent directly to the mission office of the respective mission. We strongly advise against shipping directly to a missionary’s personal residence, as delivery reliability can vary by country.

When placing an order, please use the mission office’s full address and confirm it is correct with the mission office before submitting your order.

Insurance Requirement

To protect your shipment, we require insurance for all international orders. Insurance is provided at a rate of $1 per $100 of coverage, with a maximum insurable value of $2,500 per package. If a package is lost, contact us for reimbursement.

Customs Forms & Delivery Times

  • Customs Declarations: We handle all necessary customs forms when creating your shipping label. Since shipments are marked as gifts, we aim to reduce potential customs fees.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by country but typically range from 1 to 4 weeks. Shipments are handed off to the destination country’s postal service for final delivery.

  • Tracking: USPS First Class Package International includes full tracking for major countries through the USPS International Electronic Delivery Confirmation (E-DELCON) system.

  • Damaged or Missing Shipments: Please read “Damaged or Missing Shipments” section below.

Shipping Insurance & Protection

At Righteous Rations, we want you to have peace of mind when sending a package to your missionary. That’s why we automatically purchase shipping insurance for every order—at no extra cost to you. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you’re covered!

What to Do If Your Shipment is Missing or Damaged

For Missing Shipments:

  • If your package has not arrived, please check the tracking details first.

  • If tracking shows no updates for 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international/APO/FPO), you are eligible to file a claim.

  • If tracking updates have stopped but are more recent than the timelines above, you must wait 14 days from the last tracking update before filing a claim.

For Damaged Shipments:

  • If your package arrives damaged, you can file a claim immediately.

  • Claims must be submitted within 90 days from the shipment date.

How to File a Claim

To start a claim, please contact our support team at info@righteousrations.com with the following information:

  • Your order number and tracking details

  • A brief description of the issue (lost package or damaged item)

  • If damaged, clear photos showing the damage and the shipping label

  • A statement confirming the issue (for lost shipments, stating you haven’t received it)

Once your claim is submitted, the insurance provider (Insureship) will review it and may request additional documentation. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process. If the claim is approved, reimbursement will be issued to the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
